Acupressure Apps

Researchers at the University of Michigan have developed two free mobile apps to help people use acupressure to manage their pain, fatigue, and stress. These apps contain detailed instructions on how to locate acupressure points, how to apply pressure, and have a built in 3-minute timer. The recommendation is to use the app once daily for 6-8 weeks.

MeTime PainRelief focuses more on acupressure points related to chronic pain conditions, and MeTime Acupressure focuses more on fatigue and related symptoms. You can use one or both of the apps as they have unique acupressure points. We have highlighted a few acupressure points below that have been shown to be effective in pelvic pain conditions.
